Sustainability and governance

Over the last months we have been working on a study for the Ministry of Economical Affairs about the relationship between sustainability corporate governance.
The study aims to contribute to the debate on the link between sustainability and corporate governance. The study offers various options on how to take on challenges in this area. Our insights were built on desk research and some 50 interviews with executive and non-executive board members, experts and representatives from societal organisations.
An advisory committee headed by Mr Burgmans has been requested by the State Secretary of Economic Affairs to formulate recommendations on the basis of this report.
Obviously we can not share any of the conclusions with you before the official launch of the report. But we will be happy to send you a pdf of the report (which is in Dutch by the way) immediately when it is available. Send us an email if you are interested.
