This can be done by increasing awareness of the subject and conveying the information. However, it is also important to work bottom-up, i.e. to use the employees’ ideas to further shape ESG strategy. What we offer
The workshop starts with a plenary session on the most recent ESG developments around the world and explains the origin of these developments. We then zoom in on the developments in your industry by looking at clients, peers, industry organisations and governmental demands. We end the plenary session with an explanation of company-specific themes, goals and activities. This part of the programme involves an interactive discussion on the significance of the company’s commitment to ESG to the workshop audience. The second part consists of an interactive session in which the audience is split up in groups to focus on questions relevant for the company. The results of this session are presented by the group members at the end of the workshop. Of course we can alter the program and components of the workshop according to your wishes.
