ESG training sessions
In 2009, we held training sessions for 400 general managers and sales managers of an international trading and service company. The four-hour training sessions consisted of a general introduction to ESG issues, an interactive workshop and an in-depth technical component. The training was meant to create awareness amongst employees about the ESG opportunities in the market.
The training gave the managers the content they needed to provide better services to the growing number of customers interested in ESG matters. Through the involvement of in-company experts, they also acquired specific knowledge about the ESG aspects that can best be leveraged to generate more sales.
The training sessions were very well received and resulted in a high evaluation score and an additional session for trainees.
