Morgane is experienced in gender-lens investing and ESG risk management
Morgane is a senior consultant at Steward Redqueen. She is committed to help companies integrate societal interests into their strategic decision-making process, in order to facilitate a shift to a more sustainable private sector. She is especially interested in the social inclusion of underserved groups and applies her expertise on this topic through strategy development, risk management and impact evaluations.
At Steward Redqueen, she was involved in multiple impact evaluations of private sector projects and their contribution to inequalities reduction or inclusive growth in emerging markets. In parallel, she has a strong track record in developing ESG risk management systems and impact frameworks including gender lens investing frameworks for a wide range of organisations. This includes DFIs, commercial banks, venture capital and private equity investors. Her experience provides her with a good understanding of industry best practices and operational challenges faced by financial organizations.
Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, Morgane worked at FMO, the Dutch Development Finance Institution, as an Environmental and Social Analyst for the Private Equity department.
Morgane holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the CERDI’s Economic School (Center for Studies and Research on International Development) in Clermont – Ferrand and the University of Pretoria. She is fluent in French and English.Go back to team overview
