Multi-Regional Impact Assessment for Coca-Cola

We developed a Multi-Regional Impact Assessment for Coca-Cola Across Three Continents

Steward Redqueen delivered a series of multi-country impact assessments for Coca-Cola, spanning operations in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. These studies were designed to quantify Coca-Cola’s economic and social footprint across diverse markets, supporting strategic engagement with stakeholders at both national and regional levels.

Working with more than ten bottling companies and many franchise offices of The Coca-Cola Company, our team mapped thousands of transactions to build a robust, data-driven picture of Coca-Cola’s contributions to local economies and communities. The assessments were completed under tight timelines and adapted to the unique policy and market contexts of each region.

We developed a replicable framework to ensure consistency across geographies, enabling Coca-Cola’s teams to communicate their impact with clarity and credibility. The results support ongoing dialogues with state agencies, industry associations, and civil society organizations. In Africa, the results were presented during the US-Africa Summit which took place in Angola in June 2025. The are also made available to the wider public. In Latin America, several Coca-Cola markets chose to publicly disclose their impact results through high-profile events and forums, using the findings to foster dialogue with stakeholders and reinforce their commitment to transparency and local development.

This project exemplifies our expertise in delivering high-quality, multi-country impact assessments that support global clients in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
