Jeroen Swens

Jeroen is a Consultant with a focus on sustainable finance and impact management

Jeroen is a Consultant with expertise in sustainable finance, impact management and sustainability reporting. He has a strong drive to help organisations set, steer for, and achieve their social and environmental impact objectives. He is based in Amsterdam.

Before joining Steward Redqueen, Jeroen worked as sustainability analyst at IBS Capital Allies, an asset management firm. In this role, he developed an impact measurement framework and ran the firm’s sustainability reporting activities such as SFDR and UN PRI. Prior to that, Jeroen gained experience in data analysis during his graduate research internship at the Dutch National Institute for Subatomic Physics, where he worked closely with CERN.

Jeroen holds both a BSc and MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology. He also is a Certified ESG Analyst from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS). He is fluent in both Dutch and English.
