Holly Smith is a Consultant specialising in innovative finance, capital mobilisation, and impact investment.
Holly is a passionate professional who supports funders and financiers with impact measurement & management and creating new avenues for impact through innovative financial structures. She has a strong interest in food security, aquaculture, and financial inclusion. She is based in Singapore.
Before joining Steward Redqueen, Holly was an early team member in multiple fintech startups focused on inclusive impact capital (FLIT Invest, xcube.co, and LendForGood) with professional experience spanning three continents. Since 2024, she has managed an impact investing community in Singapore hosting monthly gatherings for peer learning circles. In her work, Holly seeks to create operational efficiency and brings a structured, implementation-oriented approach.
Holly holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology with International Study from the University of Manchester, including an overseas placement at Wellesley College (Massachusetts, US). Holly also holds the CFA Impact Investing Certificate. She is a native English speaker.
