She also has deep thematic expertise with investments related to climate, agriculture, and nature, and their cross-cutting socio-economic and gender impacts. Her holistic understanding of sustainable finance flows allows her to be a trusted advisor to clients and help them implement the highest industry standards in a tailored and practical manner.

Before joining Steward Redqueen in 2023, Liza worked for six years with impact-first organisations, such as the Green Climate Fund, the Adaptation Fund, and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations. Liza is trained in Biodiversity Finance and is also a Certified Expert in ESG and Impact Investing through the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She holds an MSc in Climate Change, Policy, and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. She also has a BA in International Relations, specialised in environmental policy. She is fluent in Hungarian, English, and Italian, and has a working proficiency in Spanish.
