Liza Ottlakan is Senior Consultant at Steward Redqueen. She advises impact funds, governments, and non-governmental organizations on their impact strategies, particularly on improving systems and process towards better managing and learning from their results and impact. Liza is based in Budapest.
Liza has supported clients such as multilateral climate funds, UN organisations, and other impact investment funds to improve their impact management and organisational learning practices. She has gained thematic expertise in international development, climate adaptation, sustainable agriculture, and sustainable financing. Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, Liza worked with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation, the Green Climate Fund, and the Adaptation Fund.
Liza has an MSc in Climate Change, Policy, and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. She is a Certified Expert in ESG and Impact Investing through the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She also holds a BA in International Relations, specialised in environmental policy. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Hungarian, has a working understanding of Spanish, and is now starting to learn Dutch.Go back to team overview
