Teodora is an expert in impact strategies and impact measurement
Teodora Nenova is a director leading Steward Redqueen’s innovative impact measurement practice. She advises organizations which seek to understand, measure, and manage their economic, environmental, and social impact.
Teodora led and executed over 60 impact assessments of multinational companies, impact investors, commercial banks, and non-profit organizations. She has also worked with various organizations on designing and implementing their impact frameworks, including developing the right metrics, targets, and quantification methodologies. Teodora has particular expertise in analysing the links between infrastructure and development. She has mapped and measured the impact of power and transport investments across Africa, South America, and Asia in numerous assessments for Development Finance Institutions and private companies.
Before joining Steward Redqueen, Teodora worked at the Global Reporting Initiative in Amsterdam. She holds MSc in Economics and Law from Utrecht University and a dual cum laude BA in Economics and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria.
