Alanna McCargo joins Steward Redqueen USA as Senior Advisor
Steward Redqueen is pleased to announce that Alanna McCargo has joined the firm as Senior Advisor. Alanna will play a key role as Steward Redqueen continues to expand its work advising clients at the intersection of complex policy, market dynamics, and strategies for inclusive impact. Her insights and leadership will further strengthen how Steward Redqueen helps organizations advance sustainable and equitable economic opportunities in communities across the United States.
Alanna brings decades of experience across housing finance, economic policy, and community development. She is the founder of iAM Housing Advisors, a boutique policy and leadership advisory firm, and is currently senior fellow for inclusive capitalism with the Clinton Foundation and non-resident fellow with the Urban Institute. She previously held executive roles in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including as President of Ginnie Mae, President and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Vice President at the Urban Institute, and senior roles at Fannie Mae, JP Morgan Chase, and CoreLogic. Alanna is recognized for her work advancing equitable housing policy, advancing sustainable and social impact programs, and removing barriers to homeownership, as well as her service on nonprofit boards focused on economic security and affordable housing development. Her distinguished career supporting affordable housing, innovative finance solutions, and inclusive growth, coupled with her deep expertise navigating policy, finance, risk, and capital markets, positions Steward Redqueen to better serve clients pursuing ambitious impact goals.
