Steward Redqueen promotes Teodora Nenova to Partner

As of January 1st, 2022, Teodora Nenova has been promoted to partner of Steward Redqueen. As partner, Teodora will continue playing the central role in further developing the firm’s work in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Teodora joined the firm in 2012 and became Director of Innovative Impact Measurement in 2018. She has since built a strong track record of advising organizations on their impact strategies and measurement practices. Her clients include leading development financial institutions, fund managers, and multinational companies. She was instrumental in building up the company’s expertise and portfolio on gender lens investing and women’s economic empowerment.  Teodora holds BA degrees in Economics and Political Science, and MSc in Economics and Law from Utrecht University. Originally from Bulgaria, she is positioned in our headquarters in the Netherlands.
